Propak is the Australasian Agent for Epipack Pallet Wrapping Machines. These machines are years ahead of the competition and have redefined OH&S standards. The machines have an advanced, award winning, Electronic Pre-stretch system, which minimises film consumption. We also offer a range of in-line pallet wrapping machines.

The SpinoWraptor PRO and SpinoWraptor TRANS have a unique end of wrapping cycle that eliminates DAGS and TAILS. The machine makes a "rope" from the film, which is stretched, cut and welded. When the weld has been made the film rope is then released and much like a rubber band secures itself tightly around the pallet. For suppliers to distribution centres for the major supermarket chains, and department stores, the ability to deliver pallets without DAGS and TAILS will enhance your reputation within the Distribution Centres.

We are environmentally conscious and through our initiatives, experience and knowledge, are helping to solve some of the environmental problems of today's commercial world. Our SpinoWraptor range of pallets wrappers are proven to outperform most other pallet wrappers available in Australia and do reduce the amount of stretch film required to wrap a pallet.

As at March 2008 we have conducted audits at well over 90 sites and can prove that a staggering 208 tonnes of film or 41% per year would be saved if all the sites audited were to use our SpinoWraptor Pallet Wrappers.

The 208 tonnes film reduction equates to 1080 units of carbon liability. The cost to purchase a Carbon Credit is around $23.00 per annum, so if all the companies who have received an audit used a SpinoWraptor EPI, they would collectively save $24,840 in carbon credit payments alone. And they would benefit daily from the reduction in film cost. The receivers of the pallets also benefit by not having to dispose of as much film to recycling or landfill.

We are experienced in providing machine and film packages where our latest state of the art pallet wrappers are supplied with no capital outlay or investment by your company. Payments are made on a per pallet wrapped basis. The machines are fully maintained during the term of of the agreement and serviced by local Propak Industries service agents 24/7.

Propak introduced to Australia the revolutionary Macroperforated Reinforced Stretch Film which allows hot goods to be pallet wrapped directly from the line. Goods that need to be chilled can also be wrapped on the line. Our Macroperforated Reinforced Stretch Film allows air to circulate freely through the goods on the pallet. Macro load stability is greater than normal stretch film due to its reinforced structure, which in turn means less wraps are required to secure your goods. Macro is fully recyclable and is easily handled.
