Typical Uses for Rite-Edge.

Edge Board, the protective packaging supplies, protects and supports products during all handling operations.	The Stacking Strength can be improved by reinforcing boxes internally with Edge Board.	Protection Frame Board is available for standard sized pallets or can be custom made.	Edge-board is supplied, cut to specified packaging lengths or in longer lengths allowing the user to cut to the required size.

Rite-Edge is available in Kraft (brown) or White full cover. In most cases the white finish provides adequate moisture resistance but for special applications where extreme moisture resistance is required the boards can be coated with a polyethylene film. 

We carry in stock of a range of lengths in 50mm x 50mm with a thickness of 3.5mm. This specification can be used in almost every application.

Standard sizes include the following lengths 2300mm, 2100mm, 1800mm, and 1000mm.  

 The board can be cut to size for a very small charge. However if you have a regular requirement for a standard size we will bring that size in as a finished good. 

Rite-Edge is available in lengths to at least 6 metres and thickness from 2.0mm to 8.0mm

Rite-Edge can be printed to requirements, or have special characteristics to suit end-user requirements. For example the requirement might be for chamfered edges, notching or adhesive strips for easier packing.

We also stock 50mm x 50mm x 50mm corner pieces for protection of goods which are strapped to pallets.
