The SpinoWraptor PRO is remote controlled, has automatic film attachment to the pallet and automatic film cutting and sealing.

The SpinoWraptor PRO has a unique end of wrapping cycle that eliminates DAGS and TAILS. The machine makes a "rope" from the film, which is stretched, cut and welded. When the weld has been made the film rope is then released and much like a rubber band secures itself tightly around the pallet. For suppliers to distribution centres for the major supermarket chains, and department stores, the ability to deliver pallets without DAGS and TAILS will enhance your reputation within the Distribution Centres. 

 The operator never has to touch the machine or the pallet of goods during the wrapping cycle.

• Automatic Operation -  The operator does not need to be at the machine when a pallet is wrapping. Increases the productive time of your operator, as he can do other tasks. We have calculated the savings that can be achieved. Please contact our office for a free evaluation.

• Remote control - Automatic application of film to pallet at commencement of cycle, and automatic cut and seal at the end of the cycle. Traditional pallet wrappers require the operator to tie the film to the pallet, and then at the  end of the wrap cycle cut the film and tie it off. The wrap cycle is started by pressing the remote control. The operator does not need to get off the forklift. Once the pallet is wrapped the operator simply collects the wrapped pallet and places the next pallet on the wrapper and operates the remote control. 

• Fully Programmable Wrapping Cycles - 8 different cycles can be programmed and individually named for easy identification. The programs allow optimum film use and load stability, for different pallet wrapping requirements.  

• Power Pre-Stretch (up to 500%) - maximises film use and saves money.

• Exceeds OH&S Requirements - With the roll of film contained within the Mast, no moving parts are exposed to the operator. Replacement rolls are easily loaded at chest height (no bending).
