TRANS Automatic Pallet-Wrapper
The SpinoWraptor
TRANS shown above is designed to handle 3 pallets at a time.
Typically there will be a pallet which has been wrapped, one
being wrapped and the next to be wrapped. This allows for the
fastest possible solution to warehouse logistics without the
need to have in-line pallet wrapping facilities.
After the operator
has removed the wrapped pallet the wrapping cycles continue.
When the pallet on the middle section (the turntable) has
been wrapped it advances automatically to the completed section,
and the unwrapped pallet is automatically moved to the turntable
and wrapping begins. At this time the operator would load
another unwrapped pallet and then pickup the newly wrapped pallet.
Continuous flow and speed of operation makes this the best
solution for high volume requirements, without the need for a
complicated in-line system.
The SpinoWraptor TRANS has a
unique end of wrapping cycle that eliminates DAGS and TAILS. The
machine makes a "rope" from the film, which is
stretched, cut and welded. When the weld has been made the film
rope is then released and much like a rubber band secures itself
tightly around the pallet. For suppliers to distribution centres
for the major supermarket chains, and department stores, the
ability to deliver pallets without DAGS and TAILS will enhance
your reputation within the Distribution Centres.

the class.
The SpinoWraptor TRANS
has the option of either remote controlled start or automatic
start.
The SpinoWraptor
Trans has
automatic film attachment to the pallet and automatic film
cutting and heat sealing, which eliminates stretch film tailing
(see picture above left).
An optional of the
top press is available which is desirable where lightweight
items are to be wrapped, as this will hold the items in place to
allow the maximum stretch to be applied without pulling the
items off the pallet
The operator never has to touch the
machine or the pallet of goods during the wrapping cycles.
